Our Glendale office remains open during these challenging time to serve the urologic need of our community.

To ensure the safety of your visit, we are adhering to the precautionary guidelines recommended by the CDC.

Elective Surgeries

Governor Ducey has lifted the restriction on performing elective surgery.  Our staff will be reaching out to everyone who had his/her surgery put on hold.

Our healthcare providers will begin to perform elective  surgeries beginning May 1, 2020.

Precautions

Here are some precautions we have in place to protect your health: 

Mandatory temperature screening prior to entry into the office.

Patients with temp > 100*F, cough, or shortness of breath will not be allowed entry.

Maximum of 10 individuals in our waiting room. 

Limit of 1 person per appointment unless accompanied by caretaker.

Visits Over the Phone and Video Calls

For our established patients with an upcoming followup appointments as well as new patients, we offer the option of switching their appointment to a telemedicine visit for their safety and convenience.
